Where: Kenniging Lake Bendigo, Victoria

What: A popular recreational lake in city centre Bendigo, Victoria. The lake is used for local boating and fishing, and is annually stocked with introduced fish to satisfy the local fisherman! It was often closed due to blooms of blue green algae.

EnviroSonic: A double EnviroSonic ES300 solar powered unit was installed in 2018.

Success: The lake is now free from algae and there have been zero closures since the installation of EnviroSonic.

City of Greater Bendigo have installed Envirosonic algae control in Kennington Lake to prevent blue green algae bloom
